These terms apply to your use of betterrecruitment.com.au. If you engage Better Recruitment to recruit, search, or advise, the terms of that work are agreed with you separately. Those terms apply to the assignment. These website terms do not set our fees.

Using the site

You may use the site to read about our work, view current jobs, register, apply, and contact us. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, or submit information you are not entitled to share.

We may change, suspend, or remove parts of the site, including a job ad, without notice.

Candidates

Registering or applying does not guarantee an introduction, an interview, or a job. Please make sure the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including a referee’s details.

If we consider you for a role, we may share your relevant details and CV with that client. Our privacy policy explains how candidate information is handled, including storage in our recruitment system.

Employers

A request to find someone, or a conversation about a vacancy, is not by itself an agreement that we will start a search. We will confirm the scope, the basis of the work, and any fee before we proceed.

Please make sure a vacancy you describe is genuine and that the information you give us can be used to recruit for it.

Job ads

Jobs on the job board are roles we are recruiting for. An ad can close or change before the page is updated. Applying through the site sends your application to us so we can assess it. It does not create an employment relationship with Better Recruitment or with the employer.

Our content

The text, design, and branding on this site belong to Better Recruitment or our licensors. You may share a link to a page. You may not copy the site or our materials for your own recruitment business.

Liability

We take care with the site, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that arises from your use of the site, from relying on a job ad, or from a third-party service that supports the site.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains the personal information we collect and who we share it with.
